It’s often said that you can pick out a real pitmaster by the stacks of wood beside the smoker.
At Campbell’s BBQ Co., we use ONLY wood in our smoker–no pellets, no propane, no electricity. We procure, split, and stack our own oak, hickory, cherry and pecan wood from around the Augusta, Georgia area. By procuring our own wood, we are able to properly season the wood to deliver a deep, clean smoke to our BBQ.
